Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Many Futures. If it is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

Our guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. If you are not satisfied after your free trial converts to a paid subscription, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial:

• You will not be charged.
• You have full access to the service.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.

At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at €29 per month. We will send you a reminder before the trial expires.

After the trial

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next period.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Billing errors

If you are charged in error — for example, after cancelling or for an incorrect amount — we will issue a full refund promptly. Contact us and we will sort it out.

How refunds work

All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Our 14-day free trial aligns with this withdrawal period — you can try the service and cancel at no cost.
